For Bathtub: Dip bath tea cotton bag in tub and massage bath tea bag to release blend.
 
For Standing Shower: Pool enough water to cover your feet. Massage the cotton bath tea bag to release the blend. Begin from your feet soles, and scrub UPWARDS towards your crown. Repeat as necessary until blend runs out. Air Dry as much as possible.
