OWL'S NEST CURIOS established 22nd of January, our first Etsy sale went out of state and over seas soon after launching in 2021 with over 22.6k visitors from everywhere thus far.

My goal is to bring a Botánica and cultural Metaphysical experience within the communities we vend and pop up in, for spiritual empowerment, community engagement, creating practical curations and sharing knowledge for holistic self-care of mind/body aura/soul and environment. Each offering is curated by blending proprietary organic (local when possible) herbal infused blends, as granted by generations of Borderland Tejana Mexican American (MxAm) Folk curations.

At Owl's Nest Curios we are local, small batch, ritual crafted, ethically sourced and environmental conscious. I source locally and B2B only. Proudly a Woman and Tejana owned small business. Meet Nessa

I dreamt of the day my shop would open since its initial daydream during primary school on a dry, hot day under the south Texas honey mesquite grandmother tree in deep Webb county Texas. I was, a child, by myself curating tinctures and potions from earth, mesquite and love, above all else. Over the years my learning has included growing up within folk catholicism, ancestral mexican american curanderia, nature, american southwest borderland folk traditions, esoteric study, Buddhism, Ayurveda, yoga, plant medicines, divination, extensive self development practice, magical ritual, divination practice over 26 years.

In my former professional career, I served on non profit boards, was awarded service leadership awards, served in service leadership roles, was in learning, professional development, training as an experience designer, learning experience designer, instructional designer and certified human centered design facilitator in public. For this reason it is often that as a person who works with the cycles of death endings through the transformation in rebirthing new beginnings, my position is to guide others along the soul journey to consciousness using every physical and metaphysical modality I have been trained to use.

I bring extensive knowledge in my 'Curaciones' (healings) through securing sacred containers for spiritual coaching/facilitation through the use of different modalities. The modalities I use include drawing from astrology, divination, human behavioral dynamics qualitative research and training, human experience design, design thinking, user experience, and extensive academic research and applied experiences.
